The goal is to create a seamless product to help onboard a new range of users and sports
fans into the web3 and crypto space. You will develop our product suite through research,
user conversations, and user empathy. As a Product Design Lead, you will work with the
Product team to determine design requirements for the UX / UI of our products, submit draft
concepts for approval, develop design prototypes and drive product development. To be
successful as a Product Design Lead, you should have experience in visual design, design
thinking, and the ability to contribute creative expertise to brainstorming sessions.

Ideally, you are someone with:
● 2 years experience designing web applications
● Familiarity with the Solana blockchain
● Familiarity with web3 applications/flows
● Excitement about crypto and web3
● Able to work full-time
● View work as a passion
● Want to be hands-on in the development of the company and grow with us

Role:
● Lead product designs to build prototypes of our UI within Figma
● Identify and design the best possible UX for the platform we are building
● Developing prototypes that can be used for user testing conversations
● Be an active contributor to our design system and brand style guide
● Submitting visual design concepts for brainstorming and approval in a timely manner
● Keeping track of advancements in visual design technologies and applications, as
well as industry trends
● Proven ability to take a problem set from concept to launch, while collaborating with
product and engineering
● Advanced proficiency in visual design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite's
Indersign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Figma
● Exceptional creative abilities as reflected in original visual designs
