Role & responsibilities:

• Leads end-to-end delivery of complex, high-risk Data & AI programs across areas such as Data Engineering, Analytics, Big Data Platforms, BI & Visualization, AI/ML, MLOps, IoT, and Edge Analytics.
• Manages executive-level client relationships, leads governance forums, and communicates the business impact and value of AI-driven initiatives.
• Oversees program financials including revenue, margin, forecasting, utilization, and change control to ensure commercial success.
• Supports pre-sales activities by reviewing solutions, validating estimates, identifying risks, and ensuring Statements of Work (SOW) are realistic and deliverable.
• Mentors project managers and delivery leads, promoting delivery standards and best practices without direct reporting authority.

Candidate requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in Professional Services program leadership, preferably within consulting or system integration environments.
• Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise Data, AI, and Advanced Analytics programs.
• Strong external stakeholder and executive client management experience.
• Active involvement in pre-sales activities including solution reviews, estimations, risk identification, and SOW shaping before contract sign-off.
• Strong mentorship, coaching, and influence-based leadership skills to guide project managers and delivery teams.
• Technical fluency in Data & AI domains with the ability to guide technical teams without being involved in hands-on execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline required; advanced degree preferred.
• PMP and Agile Scrum certifications are mandatory.
