Role details:

• Title / Designation: Senior Project Manager – MES
• Role type: Lead
• Reporting Manager:  Engagement Director – IIOT
• Location: Philippines
• Work mode: At client site for at least 3 days a week

Role & responsibilities:

• Architect IT solutions for Manufacturing / Semiconductor manufacturing clients, leveraging market standard like Camstar, Factory works, Workstream, PROMIS
• Software design, development, and project management of large MES / MOM projects, including greenfield and brownfield implementations, migration, and upgrades and transformation of applications
• Interface with clients on a daily basis to ensure client satisfaction and meet/exceed client expectations on projects deliverables and outcomes
• Lead, hire, mentor and guide the growth of projects team members
• Ensure project health status on all operational, delivery and financial KPIs

Candidate requirements:

• 14+ years of experience in software development, design, and project management
• Proven experience in architecting technology/IT solutions for Manufacturing / Semiconductor manufacturing companies/clients
• Must have experience in large MES / MOM projects
• Hands on experience in handling MES projects like upgrades, migration, GF / BF implementations
• Must have experience in one of MES products in Semiconductor – Camstar, Factory works, Workstream, PROMIS
• Must have experience in projects management and Transformation, solution Architecting
• Good organizational and communication skills and team management
• Willingness to travel on business for up to 10% of the time
