Our Client is an important Hebrew Company with large construction investment experience, of over 30 years, very active in Africa, too.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• coordinate the sites in GHANA (Accra, Takoradi, etc)
• Meet with contractors and landowners to discuss build-out specifications and improvements
• Create estimates for build-out projects, including labor, supplies, materials, and other ancillary costs, and supervise all resources allocated
• Drive cost-effective project management techniques and strategies in the field
• Hire and assign construction work to each project
• Maintain a daily job site log with all the site managers and superintendents 
• Coordinate all construction services and activities assigned; this role is over 90% ON-SITE job and the places to work with /earth configuration etc may be difficult at times
• Maintain a strict build-out construction schedule and make changes as necessary to ensure deadlines are met, etc
   

Requirements:
 

• Construction University graduated
• Min. 5-7 years experience in construction field related to FIDIC, infrastructures earthworks, earthworks, roads, tunnels, bridges, railways, water structures, etc
• For at least one of these mentioned fields this person must be fully knowledgeable and a great Manager type. 

There are 3 open roles similar in nature and all positions require strong business management skills and must demonstrate organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent communication and client service skills.

Benefits:
 

• Availability to be relocated and live in Ghana on a 2 years permanent employment contract, with the possibility to extend.
• The salary range is over 7-8.000 USD net in hand fix per month plus all-inclusive: house, food, airplane, all travel, and driver paid. cleaning, visa, etc - paid by the Group. Rotation 2 weeks @ every 3 months
• A periodic bonus of 1 salary is also available.
• 2 years permanent employment contract, with a possibility to renew it, and all taxes paid, as per law
• This person must be already proven as PROJECT MANAGER -infrastructures.  That is why superintendent or site managers won't be able to succeed on this role but we welcome their CVs for future opportunities.
