Job Responsibilities:

• Autonomously managing project execution throughout the full project life cycle
• Prepare project budget and timeline based on the scope and objectives
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
• Identifying and mitigating risks, while dealing with the factors of time, budget, and scope
• Managing and close cooperation with internal stakeholders
• Managing, motivating, and leading project teams
• Managing third-party service providers
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Job Requirements:

• At least 4-5 years of project management experience
• Certifications or degrees in project management or similar
• Having a tech background and deep understanding of software development intricacies
• Experience with running a project in Agile frameworks (SCRUM)
• Experience with stakeholder management
• Experience with risk management
• Experience with working with third-party service providers
• Excellent analytical skills
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Good communication, both spoken and written, in English and Romanian (preferred native speakers)
• Communicates openly and transparently with stakeholders, project teams, partners, and third-party service providers in order to proactively achieve the project goal
