(Senior) Project Manager – Integrated Marketing communications and CRM campaigns (m/f/d)
 
Your responsibilities: 
 

• Owner of projects and programs for key clients in the field of home appliances and mobility
• Focus on leading and managing multiple CRM and communications projects in a timely and efficient manner as liaison
• Managing competing priorities
• Encourage the project teams to excel ensuring successful delivery for highest client satisfaction
• Consult, build and lead digital campaigns together with an internal team of interdisciplinary experts
• Develop a deep understanding of your client, their industry, products, marketing activities and competition to optimize quality output and delivery helping them achieve the love brand status

 
Your profile:
 

• Business, Marketing or Communications degree or similar education
• At least 4-5 years of related work experience, preferably in a digital agency and/or international work environment
• Proven record in leading digital/social/CRM B2C campaigns and projects across several disciplines and workstreams
• Interest and proven record of working on complex projects and marketing programs
• Very good working knowledge of project management and collaboration tools (MS Project, Confluence, Slack, Teams, Jira)
• Accredited PM certification is a plus
• Fluent in English and German language
