General Objective:

The Project Manager Senior position will focus on developing and executing the different types of projects focused on capital expense (CAPEX) and expansion projects. In charge of CAPEX managment pojects of all the company.

This role will build and manage relationships of all stakeholders and manage Project Engineers to effectively implement project initiatives that drive expansion and company growth.

Requirements:

• Bacherlor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering.
• 8 years of project management experience with demonstrated success in managing multiple projects and minimun 4 years of experience as Manager.
• Extensive experience in developing and executing large capital projects CAPEX & important Expansion projects of the company.
• Experience in Food, Confectionary or Pharmaceutic Industries.
• Extensive knowledge in the CAPEX Management.
• Certificate in Project Management (PMI) is a Plus.

Responsabilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams in the medium & large CAPEX projects within the organization.
• Ensure all are delivered on-time, on-budget and on-strategy.
• Ensure teams meet milestone, critical business, and implementation dates..
• Measure and publish team performance, project status, and metrics. Identify, mitigate, and communicate project risks. Facilitate decision-making, arbitrate impasses, remove barriers to drive project progress.
