 Seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to join a dynamic team and play a key role in  delivering projects

Job Overview:

The Senior Project Manager will have a bird's eye view of the entire project portfolio, working alongside other Project Manager(s) while also having their own delivery responsibilities. The projects will vary in size and scale, including: legacy infrastructure upgrades, regulatory compliance initiatives, and cloud-based projects. This role requires a professional with a diverse background of experience in running both internal and external projects, collaborating with customers on the commercial side, and working closely with colleagues on internal projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Portfolio Management: Manage the project portfolio, ensuring the successful execution of projects. Effectively delegate day-to-day tasks to Project Managers and provide guidance and support as needed.
2. Customer-Facing Project Delivery: Take ownership of all customer-facing project deliveries, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of high-profile customers.
3. Internal Project Management: Oversee internal project change initiatives and process management, driving efficiency and scalability improvements where necessary.
4. Coaching and Support: Coach and support Project Managers, fostering their professional development and ensuring project success.
5. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• An extensive and proven track record of successfully delivering projects in IT/SaaS or Telecom environments, including projects of various sizes, complexity, and types.
• Practitioner-level certification with PRINCE2, DSDM Atern, or a similar recognized Project Management certification.
• Experience dealing with change control regimes in highly regulated sectors such as banking, financial services, government, or emergency services.
