Your main responsibility will be in determining the project scope, goals, milestones and key objectives for the various parties involved in the project. You will take charge of coordinating project delivery, costing, strategy, client relations, approvals and procedures. You will have broad technical understanding and knowledge of the various Salesforce technology and be skilled at leveraging the talents involved in the project.
- Organise the various stakeholders and identifying the key roles and resources required for the project success, visibility, and influence
- Plan the full end-to-end project timeline and including all scope and activities with the key responsible parties and dependencies stated clearly
- Analyse scope, briefs and project requests from clients all considerations of time, resource and cost are considered and managed
- Assess risks, threats, opportunities, alternatives and contingencies for the project
- Lead client engagements and management of timeline, costs, deliverables and project objectives
- Developing goals, tasks, and plans of development for the project
- Managing various teams of internal and external developers and consultants in implementing the project
- Developing and track performance metrics for each project to determine progress on the path to success
- Communicating and acting as the first point of call for clients
- Conducting regular project meetings with your development team
- Ensuring that your team produces work that adheres to best-design principles
- Guiding and mentoring your team to achieve project outcomes
- Manage resources to deliver integration, front-end, and platform configuration activities
- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
