Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Project/Program Manager to lead and operate our IT PMO Office in Riyadh.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee the IT Project Management Office, ensuring effective planning, execution, and delivery of projects and programs.
2. Successfully manage and execute complex IT projects/programs using industry-standard methodologies, including Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile approaches.
3. Hold prominent project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, P3O, SAFe Agilist 5.1, SAFe Product Owner/Manager, SCRUM, etc., showcasing your commitment to excellence.
4. Possess in-depth knowledge and practical experience in Oracle ERP suite, Jira, CI/CD, DevOps, Automation, ITIL v4, IT Infrastructure, software development lifecycle, Systems architecture, and Systems integration.
5. Demonstrate expertise in creating RFPs, PRs, and technical proposals, ensuring clear and comprehensive documentation.
6. Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture to achieve project goals efficiently.
7. Effectively communicate with key stakeholders, including senior management and clients, to provide project updates and manage expectations.
8. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success and timely delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 13+ years of experience in managing IT Projects/Programs with a proven track record of successful deliveries.
• Comprehensive understanding and practical application of project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile.
• Project Management Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, P3O, SAFe Agilist 5.1, SAFe Product Owner/Manager, SCRUM, or equivalent certifications are mandatory.
• Technology Expertise: Proficiency in Oracle ERP suite, Jira, CI/CD, DevOps, Automation, ITIL v4, IT Infrastructure, software development lifecycle, Systems architecture, and Systems integration.
• Strong experience in creating RFPs, PRs, and technical proposals.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluency in English is essential, and Arabic language proficiency is highly preferred.
