· Technology Advisory – Support new and ongoing technology projects and look for potential improvements that could be implemented to current solutions

· Quality Assurance – Ensure integrity of analyses through rigorous attention to detail and validation of data, functionalities, and integration including adherence to all regulatory, privacy compliance, and security procedures

· Business Focus – Understand the specific and tangible benefits of how these efforts support the line of business and be able to fully understand business objectives and underlying drivers

What you bring to the role:

A degree in Computer Engineering or a similar field and the following skillset:

· Python Development: 5-8 Years

· Working experience in SCRUM (Agile) development process

· Extensive experience in the full life cycle of the software design process including requirement analysis, design, prototyping, coding, documentation, implementation, and maintenance

· Able to lead and assist in developing a team of 2-4 Jr to Mid-Level Python Developers

· Strong Version control skills (GIT, Mercurial)

· Strong unit test and debugging skills and understanding of threading limitations of Python

· Proficiency in writing complex logic in Python as per industry standards

· Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills

· Experience in performance tuning, resolving scalability related issues at server side

· Well versed in Object Oriented Design (OOD), programming and design patterns

· Experience in developing multi-tier Client-Server Architecture

· Extensive experience in client and server-side development using Python

· Should be well versed in using decorators, meta-programming aspects of Python
