Skills Required:

• Automation Expertise: 5+ years of experience in QA Automation, proficient in Java or JavaScript, and automation frameworks like Selenium, Cucumber, Appium, or similar.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and continuous integration tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity, GitHub, or Bitbucket.
• Tools and Frameworks: Experience with industry-standard tools (HP ALM, UFT, JMeter) and frameworks (Spring, SpringBoot).
• Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of financial products, particularly in lending and private banking, including mortgages, home loan savings, and funds transfer pricing.
• Test Planning: Excellent skills in test planning, strategy, test case design, and execution, including integration and regression testing.
• Communication Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork abilities, capable of working in an agile, multicultural environment.
• Nice to Have: Experience with Agile/SCRUM, Linux shell scripting, load/performance testing, and professional certifications (ISTQB, ISEB).

Responsibilities:

• Test Automation: Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts across various platforms and applications, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Manual Testing: Perform manual testing where necessary, ensuring comprehensive coverage of test scenarios.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and product managers, to understand requirements and define test plans.
• Defect Management: Identify, log, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to best practices.
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for test cases, scenarios, and execution results, ensuring clarity and consistency.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and implement improvements to the testing process, tools, and methodologies.
• Agile Participation: Engage in agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to enhance team performance.
• Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication with stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and test results.
