Responsibilities

o Work with stakeholders to identify and capture test automation and tooling needs
o Actively participate in the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks
o Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts
o Closely work with the extended Engineering team to ensure a high automation level across processes
o Analyze system requirements alongside QA Engineers and define automation scope
o Perform test automation executions, identify failures' root cause and compile reports to stakeholders
o Adheres to test automation best practices as defined at organization level
o Drive automation-focused test strategy

Skills

Must have

o 4+ years overall software testing experience
o 3+ years test automation experience
o 1+ years hands on recent experience with JAVA
o Hands on experience with:
• IDE such as InteliJ
• unit testing frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit
• git based version control systems, including configuration and maintenance
• test and defects management tools (JIRA, HP ALM)
• CI/CD pipelines built in Jenkins, TeamCity or similar
• SQL
• Selenium WebDriver / RemoteWebDriver
• Web Services/API testing (SOAP, REST)
• Performance Testing
