 Senior Quality Engineer

Tasks:

• Take part in launching of new products and in related reviews;
• Support production, logistics, maintenance and other areas;
• Keep contact with the customers;
• Prepare statements and reports according to the Quality manager’s instructions, take part in regular meetings of the quality department;
• Handle of non-conformities and maintenance of the database;
• Analyse reasons of the claims, defining strategic actions and follow-up of them;
• Work out action plans in order to reduce the claims, costs and scraps;
• Take part in the process improvement after the launch;
• Provide training for the colleagues working in quality and production department in quality management issues;
• Take part in every customer and system audit in the field of quality management.

Requirements: 

• Relevant degree;
• 5+ years professional experience in a similar position;
• Professional experience in automotive manufacturing;
• Knowledge of common failure detection systems, control elements and tests;
• General knowledge of aspects which influence the quality of product launching;
• Basic knowledge on IATF standards;
• English knowledge at communication level;
• MS Office knowledge at user level.
