Responsibilities

* Interact with internal stakeholders on Test Automation, KPI definition and rollout.
* Monitor the SW development process to ensure design and implementation quality by confirming development team’s adherence to applicable standards.
* Raise identified issues to the Project Management Team and suggest how to proceed to improve quality.
* Support the project management team (as well as other teams within the project organisation) in addressing identified quality issues during the execution of the project.
* Support the planning and execution of project audits together with customer in accordance to the Quality Assurance Plan.
* Gather metrics in projects, coordinate metrics definition and report on a project level.
* Support in preparing quality related reports, including but not limited to project quality status, metrics status, performance of project.

Skills

Must have

* Education: You have successfully completed your studies with a Degree in Computer Science or have comparable relevant education or significant expertise that enables you to fill this role.
* Hands-on experience on software/system development and/or testing, especially on safety critical software: over 2 years.
* Demonstrate ability to understand the applicability of industry software development standards.
* Demonstrate ability to understand software development concepts; such as traceability, software/system architecture and testing.
* Experience with large-scale Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale).
* Deep working knowledge of audit approach in software development departments.

* Self-driven and adaptive personality, performing as both project leader and individual contributor as the project needs dictates.

Nice to have

* Knowledge of ASPICE, ISO 9001, ISO 21434 and ISO 26262.
* Knowledge of coding and development guidelines and testing methodologies.
* Knowledge of tools used on embedded software development, such as VectorCAST, Lcov/Gcov, LDRA, Coverity (Static Code Analysis), Google Test, etc.
* Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
