SENIOR REACT NATIVE DEVELOPER (software products, not outsourcing)

What will your responsibilities look like?

• Architect, build and maintain excellent React Native applications with clean code;
• Design and implement new user-facing features using React Native;
• Development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of mobile applications and web services to support the information needs of the company’s business lines;
• Deploy for testing and production and make sure everything is running ok;
• Optimize workflows and development tactics by implementing libraries/templates and other assets;
• Be responsible for the efficiency and quality of the code;
• Research continuously and acquire the latest technologies for maximum efficiency;
• Participate in project estimates and new project setups;
• Communicate with team members and clients on a daily basis in stand-ups and calls;
• Support junior developers with training and coaching;
• Perform code reviews for other team members.

What abilities will you need?

• At least 4 years experience as a React Native developer;
• Previous experience building mobile applications for Android andiOS
• Extensive knowledge of TypeScript, web stacks, libraries and frameworks (ex: NestJs);
• Experience with Node JS or other backend languages
• Experience with Redux;
• Previous experience with restful APIs and with with client-side frameworks/libraries such as React, Vue.js, Angular, jQuery or Bootstrap;
• Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Android
• Good understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3;
• Experience in working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts;
• Previous experience with store releases: App Store / Google Play;
• Understanding NoSQL database engines (MongoDB/Cassandra) or SQL (MySQL/Postgres/Microsoft SQL)
• Practical knowledge of product development cycle and Scrum/Agile methodologies.
