The Position:
Senior Recruiter - Office based
The Company:
One of the leading providers in the Hospitality and Catering industry in Europe is looking for its Kazakh business to strengthen the recruiting team. As they will be opening a new business line soon, there are several large recruiting projects planned for the coming 6 months.
The Job
- Manage full cycle recruiting on an end-to-end basis from sourcing to onboarding
- Assist Management in designing, forecasting leading world-class hiring strategies by building and training a highly productive recruitment team
- Design and implement novel candidate selection procedures with a clear focus to automate interim steps
- Building a Talent Pipeline for current future job openings by active searches
- Assign positions to recruiters with a smart metrics to track closures with clear talent acquisition targets
- Design, plan and execute online offline employer branding activities by creating an RVP (Recruitment Value Proposition
- Coordinate with the marketing team to publish vacancies on the website, job boards and social media page
- Ensure adherence to interview processes and ideate the best candidate experiences at all stages
- Submission of defined and agreed recruitment analytics including hiring forecast to management on regular basi
- Automate and manage the recruitment module on the HRMS entirely
The candidate
You have at least 5 years of experience in a fast moving business environment. Your are an outstanding communicator and ready for the next challenge in your career.
