Job Title: Senior Recruiter - Wood Production
Location: Sebes, Alba Iulia, Romania

Job Summary:

• Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Recruiter to join thier team in Sebes, Alba Iulia, Romania. As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent to support thier manufacturing and production operations. You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from job analysis and candidate sourcing to conducting interviews and facilitating the selection process.
• Availability for travel (Brasov, Arad, Constanta, Falticeni, Bucharest)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Create comprehensive job descriptions and job advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including online platforms, job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
• Conduct in-depth interviews, both in-person and via video conferencing, to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the interview process.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues to negotiate job offers, prepare employment contracts, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and recruitment strategies to continuously improve the effectiveness of the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or similar role within the manufacturing or production industry, preferably in the wood production sector - blue-collar and TESA.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, candidate sourcing techniques, and interview assessment methods.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English. Knowledge of Romanian is required - interviews will also be conducted with foreign candidates in English.
• Driving license (Category B) - mandatory
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
