Our client is currently seeking a Senior Recruiter to join their People, Performance, and Culture/HR Team. In this role, you will have a full team of recruiters to help you out if you ever require it.
What will you do?
- You will handle end-to-end recruitment projects;
- You will advise our hiring managers on talent acquisition and come up with innovative recruitment approaches;
- You will conduct internal referral processes;
- You will manage different recruitment databases and tools;
- You will provide various statistics and recommendations related to recruitment trends and challenges;
- You will deal with social media and job portals communication for recruitment matters (LinkedIN, Ejobs, Bestjobs, Hipo, ATS).
What are we looking for?
- You should have a university degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Marketing, Economics or Law;
- You must have between 3 and 5 years of experience in recruitment (HR) within multinational organizations and/or recruitment agencies;
- You must be able to communicate in an effective manner with different types of people and adapt to new and challenging situations;
- You must like networking;
- You must be able to communicate effectively in English (any other language would be a significant plus);
- You should possess excellent project management and time management skills;
- You must be creative and a problem solver;
- You must have experience with direct search.
