WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Marketing, Economics or other relevant field;
• +3 and 5 years experience in recruitment (HR) within multinational organizations and/or recruitment agencies;
• You must be able to communicate in an effective manner with different types of people and adapt to new and challenging situations;
• You must like networking;
• You must be able to communicate effectively in English (any other language would be a significant plus);
• You should possess excellent project management and time management skills;
• You must be creative and a problem solver;
• You must have experience with direct search.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• You will handle end-to-end recruitment projects;
• You will advise our hiring managers on talent acquisition and come up with innovative recruitment approaches;
• You will conduct internal referral processes;
• You will manage different recruitment databases and tools;
• You will provide various statistics and recommendations related to recruitment trends and challenges;
• You will deal with social media and job portals communication for recruitment matters (LinkedIN, Ejobs, Bestjobs, Hipo, ATS).
