Job Description
Our client is a multinational manufacturer and supplier for essential products. They produce a wide range of products including particleboard, medium-density fibreboard, laminate flooring, and timber. The company operates in various industries such as furniture, construction, and interior design.
Location Details: Sebes (central headquarters) - work exclusively on-site
Contract period: Undetermined (90-day probation period)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent, including passive candidates, through various channels such as social media, job boards, and referrals;
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for a variety of roles across different departments and levels;
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, candidate assessment, and selection;
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and other vendors to ensure a high-quality talent pipeline;
- Conduct regular market research and analysis to stay current with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate demographics;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, such as HR Business Partners and Talent Development teams, to align recruiting efforts with business goals and priorities;
- Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement;
- Contribute to other HR projects and initiatives as needed;
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably blue-collar and TESA);
- Fluent communication (written and spoken) in English (minimum level B2)
- will conduct interviews with foreign candidates;
- Driving license (category B) (mandatory);
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power-Point, Outlook) and experience in using HR databases/tools;
- Availability for travel (Brasov, Arad, Constanta, Falticeni, Bucharest).
