Main responsibilities:

• Managing the recruitment process across all levels;
• Executing recruitment advertising campaigns to promote job opportunities;
• Staying informed about staffing requirements aligned with company objectives;
• Conducting initial and follow-up interviews;
• Participating in job fairs, workshops, and hiring events to attract new talent;
• Forecasting future job openings to proactively recruit and maintain workforce;
• Overseeing and offering direction on recruitment efforts;
• Collaborating with department heads to prepare for future hiring needs;
• Tracking recruitment metrics to address any recruiting challenges.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree;
• At least 4-5 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition;
• Proficiency in using data and external/internal information to identify and enhance processes and programs;
• Must have experience in managing multiple large-scale projects concurrently, along with the skills to build relationships and influence others.
