Job Description
Main responsibilities:
- Managing the recruitment process across all levels;
- Executing recruitment advertising campaigns to promote job opportunities;
- Staying informed about staffing requirements aligned with company objectives;
- Conducting initial and follow-up interviews;
- Participating in job fairs, workshops, and hiring events to attract new talent;
- Forecasting future job openings to proactively recruit and maintain workforce;
- Overseeing and offering direction on recruitment efforts;
- Collaborating with department heads to prepare for future hiring needs;
- Tracking recruitment metrics to address any recruiting challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree;
- At least 4-5 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition;
- Proficiency in using data and external/internal information to identify and enhance processes and programs;
- Must have experience in managing multiple large-scale projects concurrently, along with the skills to build relationships and influence others.
