Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Telematics Test Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Automotive domain testing with a focus on vehicle telematics. The role involves hands-on experience with Telematics/4G & 5G Modems/CAN & Ethernet, along with proficiency in NAD Protocol analysis (2G/3G/4G/5G-SA & NSA) and debugging. Knowledge of protocol conformance testing in line with GCF and PTCRB requirements is highly desirable. Additionally, familiarity with Anritsu Network simulators (MD8475B/MT8000) is considered a value-add.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate telematics testing activities within the automotive domain.
- Conduct thorough testing of telematics systems, including 4G & 5G modems, CAN & Ethernet protocols.
- Perform NAD Protocol analysis for various generations of mobile networks (2G/3G/4G/5G-SA & NSA) and debug issues as needed.
- Ensure compliance with protocol conformance test standards set by GCF and PTCRB.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration and deployment of telematics solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, EEE, ECE, or related fields (B.E/BTech/MCA/MTech/MSc).
- 5-7 years of experience in automotive domain testing, with a focus on telematics.
- Hands-on experience with Telematics/4G & 5G Modems/CAN & Ethernet protocols.
- Proficiency in NAD Protocol analysis and debugging for various mobile network generations.
- Knowledge of protocol conformance testing standards (GCF and PTCRB).
- Familiarity with Anritsu Network simulators (MD8475B/MT8000) is a plus.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
