What will you do?

• End to end management research from client brief till the presentation of findings.
• Able to understand the client problem and convert into a research design including instruments for data collection.
• Identify the information areas and sources (primary and secondary) required for each deliverable as proposed.
• Liaison with the project manager to ensure that the vendors and partners to ensure that the objectives are clearly understood, timelines are set, field is briefed, and the data delivered has been checked for quality.
• Identify the best method to analyse the information collected in order to deliver insights that answer the objective of the project.
• Complete all project deliverable on time and at the expected quality.
• Support the organisation with special projects as and when required.

Who are you?

• You would be a curious, whole brained individual, with sharp listening skills and an eye for detail.
• You would have spent at least 4 to 5 years in a market research role. You are someone who is able to clearly communicate your ideas and findings to all stakeholders (internal or external).
• You are data driven and know how to find insights that are actionable precise in terms of presenting their ideas and insights 

What will you know already?

• Quantitative research techniques to understand consumer behaviour and brand health.
• You will have mastery over Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Social media analytics and tools for online data visualization (Qlik and Tableau) will be a plus.

4-5 years of experience working with a research firm with quantitative research and exposure to qualitative research
