PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The Senior Sales Account is accountable to cover ongoing activities with the existing Customer ‘’STELLANTIS’’, according to the organization and the tasks assigned.
The Senior Sales Account is accountable to develop further business and grant profitable growth with the existing Customer. He/She is in charge to build and consolidate the network with the Partner French branch; he/she is also required to participate in all the interactions with the Customer.
The Senior Sales Account is responsible to identify and develop new business opportunities according to Customer needs.
The Senior Sales Account will work within the Electronics Division, with a team of 20 people in total, including 3 people in the sales department:
- One Key Account Manager - One Senior Sales Account - One Sales Assistant
- The main travel will be to the partner’s head office in Paris to manage their French perimeter, mainly Sochaux and Rennes.
- Regular exchanges are planned with the Group's R&D centers in France, Italy, and Romania.
- Exchanges with customers are French but production and tenders are dispatched internationally, within the Group's foreign factories, such as Slovakia, Italy, France, and Morocco.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage the RFQs/RFIs from the Customer according to Division/Function process
• Manage the CR (Change Requests) quotation, commercial agreements, and contract review
• Cooperate with all the company functions, during the offer/development/industrialization of Projects, by coordinating the internal activities as a client, provider, and member of a cross-functional team
• Participate in the activities of all the involved functions with whom the customer has direct contact, to ensure a consistent and cohesive service
• Propose the pricing offers for products or parts or services based on business targets and competitor analysis
• Guarantee the accuracy and the maintenance of the pricing lists, based on contracts and commercial negotiations and the update of the commercial reporting database
• Foster and maintain Customer relationships to ensure the retention of existing business
• Identify Customer and market needs to prepare tailored offers
• Responsible for customer satisfaction and customer claims
• Participate in the definition and continuous improvement of the Business Plan
• Continuously collect from Sales & Marketing, Customers, Product Management, Engineering Leaders information on the product features, technology trends, architecture trends, expected price evolutionYour profile - Qualifications and diplomas:
EDUCATION (SCHOOL/SPECIALIZATION): Technical or Economics University degree or similar
LANGUAGES: French (bilingual) and fluent English (TOEIC or equivalent appreciated), another language is preferred.
5 - 10 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing organization or technical fieldOther:

CONTRACT TYPOLOGY: Permanent Contract – Executive status
OTHERS - Possible agreement for teleworking two days per week. To be defined
ANNUAL GROSS SALARY: Range from 65.000€ to 80.000€ fixed salary, depending to the
candidate profile and experience.
TARGET BONUS: 7.000€ to 10.000€ annual bonus according to the objectives.
COMPANY CAR: At least Category 2
