Responsibilities:
- Supporting end customers via various communication channels including - emails, live chat, social media, and on calls.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions as per agreed communication guidelines and defined policies.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Ensure stock availability for sales and demonstrations.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Technical fluency
- Experience in using a CRM system to log calls, build contacts, and record information
- Experience in using tools such as Ozonetel, Ameyo, Freshdesk, Leadsquared, Onedirect, etc…
