- Business Development & Market Expansion:
a) Identify and develop new business opportunities in key industry segments, including:

- Product-Specific Marketing & Sales Expertise:
a) Develop and implement sales strategies for the following products:

- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with R&D, finance, and supply chain teams to optimize product positioning and profitability.

- Key Account Management:
a) Develop and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients from targeted companies, such as:

- Provide technical and commercial support to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and long-term agreements with key accounts/ customers.

- Strategic Planning & Execution:

- Develop and manage marketing campaigns and promotional activities aligned with corporate objectives.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient execution of marketing and sales strategies.
- Utilize data-driven insights to drive decision-making and performance improvements.

- Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-functional Collaboration:
a) Engage with various industry professionals, including:

b) Ensure seamless coordination between internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
- Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational Background:
-
- B.Tech / B.E. in Chemical Engineering or M.Sc./ B.Sc. in Chemistry
- Additional qualifications in Marketing / Business Management would be advantageous

- Technical & Commercial Acumen:
- Educational Background:
o Strong understanding of chemical and petrochemical product applications in diverse industries. o Ability to communicate technical aspects effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel.

- Proven Sales & Marketing Expertise:
-
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in marketing and sales within the chemicals & petrochemicals sector.
- Demonstrated success in business development and key account management.
- Experience in negotiating and closing high-value deals.

- Industry Knowledge & Network:
- Proven Sales & Marketing Expertise:
o Existing network within the targeted industries and companies would be an added advantage. o Awareness of regulatory and compliance requirements within the chemical sector.

- Soft Skills:
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. o Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Note: Candidates with lesser experience but strong potential may be considered for Middle Management Marketing roles.
