I. Job General scope:
We are hiring for our client one Senior Sales/Commercial Manager – Cleaning Agent – Chemicals
Required a dynamic personality who is customer oriented with solid Technical and commercial background.
The successful candidate will need to have tenacity to maintain this on a long-term basis. Therefore, it is important that they have the capability to use their own initiative and work independently.
The successful candidate will be expected to have technical understanding product, market sector such Industrial cleaning agent/Surface treatment for the key market sectors,
This position reports to General Manager in Spain

II. Main achievements/Missions/Objectives :

• Development and execution of the Company's short- and long-term strategy in the region in SPAIN
• New market, new customers acquisition – Business development
• Maintain and develop existing customer base
• Implement action plan to introduce new product range and consolidate existing one.
• Engage internal skills and expertise to support customer demands.
• Work with back office/logistic for daily operation.
• Forecast and reporting for Key accounts
• Contact with Suppliers – Product management

IV. Qualification requirements:

• A superior degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineer
• Over 7-10 years’ experience - Commercial background role in specialities chemical distribution– Surface treatment sector – Upstream coating application

• Experience and technical knowledge in industrial surface waterborne (steel – aluminium) cleaning process 

• Entrepreneurship spirit - Independent
• A record of successful new product / New customer acquisition
• English operational both oral and written, other languages are added value
• Willingness to travel mostly in Spain, up to 50%
