Sales Engineer Job Description
- Create profitable and sustainable quality sales from the designated territory ( define region)
- Generate leads and engage directly with main contractors and complete the business deals with customers (Building Segment)
- Engage new customers or accounts and maintain existing wide range of customers (Building Segment)
- Identify the best product for specific demand from wide range of product selection and offer suitable proposal to the customers.
- Cross functional collaboration diverse teams across the business
- Troubleshoot problems regarding products provided in support with Technical customer service team
- Handle customer complaints with high response rate to ensure customer satisfaction to expected levels
- Report on sales progress and advise / alert if any problems may arise
- Attend regular meetings with company management according to schedule distributed
Skills
- Engineering background with relevant industry experience in Cladding or PEB steel industry in Saudi Market is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 5-8 years of sales or business development experience in the industry
- Strong proficiency in English is required,
- MS Office Proficiency
- Strong follow-up skills and high determination to achieve results
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
