Manages all aspects of a sales department in terms of accounts management, business analytics, and new channel development. Also Oversee the sales account managers performance in managing the portfolio of assigned accounts (mainly pharmaceutical corporates and deals).
▪ Strategy
» Support sales director with the strong and reliable analytics that helps in formulating strategies and annual sales plan.
▪ Reporting
» Report periodically to sales director the achievements and sales performance on different key accounts.
» Report service’s feedback in market to follow up and improve products/service sales growth
» Submit regular reports that analyse market competition and define new market updates and opportunities
▪ General Operations
» Set the operational plan to achieve communicated sales targets through the sales policy and according to company sales strategy.
» Manage sales deals and customer requirements such as extra discounts, incentive rates, marketing activities, etc. according to the company’s potentiality and Marketing department recommendations.
» Oversee the documentation of sales processes, policies, and relevant sales training materials.
» Analyse the competition - strategies, partners, performance with reports from the system and personal research
» Promote the full service portfolio and increase cross-selling opportunities.
» Support the sales forecasting process, reporting, and execution to ensure the sales organization has the processes and information needed to meet its monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goal
▪ People Management
» Create and maintain an environment where the sales team can maximize performance to develop and manage long-term relationships with clients
» Lead sales team in developing customized service and financial solutions (discounts) for clients.
