Senior Sales Manager
You will be working as Senior Sales Manager and will be part of Process Automation Business Area Energy Industries (PAEN) Division based in, Kuwait. In this role you will be reporting to Sales & Service Director Kuwait and will be responsible to identify and cultivate defined customers drive the sales process from identified potential to the final sales deal. In addition, he/she will have the responsibility to reach established sales targets through actively meeting and working with customers.
Responsibilities include -
• Ensure that market information (monitoring of competitors, offerings to customers, price levels) is updated and documented in written form in the provided systems locally and globally and make-sure the flow of information to sales Manager about new entrants or other parameters influencing the market. Contribute to the identification and development of new and potential customers.
• Act as marketer/salesperson of CLIENT’s services and solutions when appropriate, for instance at trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, customer meeting, utilize the available marketing material including price lists or other available information to identify leads. Translate the needs of the customer into the relevant CLIENT’ service offering.
• Understand the underlying need of the customer and identify new business opportunities, as well as grow the business with existing customers and sufficient knowledge about the Electrification Service offering to facilitate the sales process with the customer. Extensive knowledge about Kuwait main customers, understand the channel strategy and the establishment of prices related to this.
• Visit customers to build a lead and opportunity pipeline, run the negotiations with the customer and secure the business to the agreed margins, as well as ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
•Participate and contribute with the various risk assessments to ensure the proper balance between price and quality.
• Register needed information into the appropriate customer database.
Your background
• Bachelor of Engineering.
• 10 plus years sales experience with Kuwait Clients (KOC, KNPC & MEW) for Electrification business.
• Experienced Salesperson who has very good knowledge in Automation & Electrification system, in Kuwait Market for Power Generation and Water Business Segment.
• Sound knowledge of energy and renewable market.
• Good knowledge of Electrification and Automation Systems
• Excellent oral and written communication in English language.
