Hiring for a Senior Sales Manager for a fast-growing global engagement and rewards platform to drive new business acquisition and enterprise sales growth in the KSA market.

Role details:
- Title / Designation: Senior Sales Manager
- Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (KSA)
- Reporting Manager: Co – Founder
Role & responsibilities:
- Drive new business acquisition by identifying and pursuing opportunities across target industries in the KSA market.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, events, referrals, and strategic account targeting.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with regional business goals.
- Own and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct product presentations, solution discussions, and stakeholder engagements at senior levels.
- Lead commercial negotiations, proposal development, and contract closure for enterprise deals.
- Identify and onboard partners/resellers to expand market reach and generate joint pipeline opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders across client organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams including product, customer success, and delivery for seamless deal progression.
- Manage RFPs, vendor registrations, and ensure accurate pipeline tracking in CRM systems.
Candidate Requirements:
- 8–12 years of experience in enterprise sales with strong focus on new business acquisition.
- Proven track record of selling enterprise software/SaaS or solutions in the KSA market.
- Experience in loyalty, rewards, or incentives solutions
- Strong experience managing end-to-end enterprise sales cycles.
- Deep understanding of the regional market and customer landscape.
- Ability to engage and influence senior/C-level stakeholders.
- Strong consultative selling and complex deal management skills.
- Self-driven, independent, and comfortable operating in a regional/hunting role.
- MBA or equivalent business qualification.
