JOB Responsibility:

• Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in retail and food segments
• Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results.
•  Build and cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.
• Develop and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives
• Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify competitive selling prices.
  • Identify new products and apps based on market research
  • Establish competition and market analysis report
  • Support in the establishment of own retail store
  • Estimate sales volume and profit for current and new products
  • Establish training programs to train new employees and existing employees on sales improvement and techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Work with the Sales, Account Management and Operations, teams to implement targeted sales strategy
  • Monitor the quality of marketing and sales information and define data improvement programs
