In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth for a cluster of prestigious Luxury Hotels across Italy, developing strong relationships with high-end clients, and implementing innovative sales strategies that position our properties as market leaders in the luxury hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute cluster-level sales strategies to maximize revenue across multiple luxury hotels.

Identify new business opportunities, grow the existing portfolio, and secure key accounts in both domestic and international markets.

Build and maintain strong partnerships with high-end leisure agents, DMCs, tour operators, and corporate clients.

Conduct sales calls, client entertainment, and site inspections to strengthen relationships and showcase our properties.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to anticipate business needs and adapt strategies accordingly.

Collaborate closely with operations and revenue teams to ensure seamless guest experiences and alignment on commercial objectives.

Represent the cluster at international trade shows, events, and networking activities as required.

Monitor and report on performance metrics, ensuring achievement of sales targets and adherence to company policies.
Requirements

Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a sales role within the luxury hotel segment, preferably at cluster or multi-property level.

Strong network within the luxury leisure market and high-end distribution partners.

Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.

Strategic mindset with analytical and organizational abilities.

Ability to travel frequently, representing the hotels in key source markets.

Proactive, target-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
