About the Role
A global spirits and wine company is hiring a Senior Sales Representative to lead growth across the Czech Republic. This is a standalone role based in Prague, focused on driving volume, brand visibility, and market penetration across both on-trade and off-trade channels.
You’ll act as the local Brand Ambassador, manage the distributor relationship, and activate key accounts and events to drive commercial success.
Key Responsibilities

Drive sales and distribution of the product portfolio across CZ

Manage importer and distributor relationships

Lead brand activations, tastings, and events (on- and off-trade)

Train and motivate distributor sales teams

Call on key HoReCa and retail accounts
-
Develop and execute local marketing plans with the importer

Monitor pricing, POS, display, and promotional execution

Use social media to amplify brand presence
-
Achieve KPIs related to volume, distribution, and brand activation
Candidate Profile
-
3+ years in sales, trade marketing, or brand activation (beverage/spirits preferred)

Strong HoReCa and retail network in Prague

Energetic, independent, and results-driven
-
Fluent in Czech and English
-
Confident communicator across all levels
-
Social media savvy
-
Strong planning and multitasking skills
-
Based in Prague or max 1 hour away

Valid driver’s license required
Compensation & Benefits
-
Base salary: CZK 840,000 – 960,000
-
Top-end: Up to CZK 1,200,000 for experienced profiles

Bonus:

20% tied to volume and financial performance

5% tied to individual KPIs
-
Potential to exceed 25% if all targets are achieved
