Key Responsibilities

Organize, direct and manage the sales activities to achieve set revenue targets within budgeted costs. Motivate the team , develop and implement sales procedures. Oversee the completion of all necessary paperwork and ensure proper customer service.

•            Manage the daily activities of the sales team in achieving their goals as set by the GM.

•            Set and maintain annual sales targets.

•            Set up sales process including forms and tools required.

•            Support in the development of sales strategy.

•            Set up and maintain client database.

•            Build and maintain strong client relationships.

•            Meet with clients and generate sales.

•            Support management of J.V. partners and/or operates within the project.

•             Set up and maintain strong key relationships with partners in the UAE and globally, such as mortgage providers, brokers, relocation specialists, etc.

•             Ensure thorough continuous training and counselling so that the team provides the highest caliber of service to potential customers.

•             Make all efforts to keep up to date with the market trends, upcoming property developments, average prices of various freehold areas and maintain appropriate records of the same.
