Required Skills:

• 5 to 10 years of Development experience on the Salesforce platform.

• Must have strong fundamentals on OOPS concept.

• Must have experience with Lightning development including Aura and LWC.

• Development experience on enterprise scale projects.

• Must have experience in owning the implementation of a project or bigger module within a project.

• Experience on JavaScript and any other front-end platform would be a great value add.

• Experience in leading the development team.

• Experience in collaborating with onsite teams working at different locations.

• Solution oriented thinking and ability to define technical solutions.

• Ability to work on fast paced projects.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on development of solutions on the SFDC platform.

• The candidate should have strong Salesforce fundamentals to determine when to use configuration vs customization.

• Get Involved right from the discovery phase to your assigned project.

• Document solution design document with help of Architect/Implementation Lead. Work on user stories and acceptance criteria with your BA.

• Ensure development practices and code standards are followed in your project.

• Task estimation during spring planning phase.

• Taking up complex developments, R&Ds, assisting other developers, code reviews.

• Strong development and deployment knowledge of Lightning Components, Lightning Experience LWC, Lightning Design System, Triggers, Visualforce, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, Workflow Alerts and Actions, and Approval Workflow.

• Act as a mentor to the development team.
