We're Hiring: Senior Shopify Developer (Full-Time | Remote | Health Tech)

We're looking for a Senior Shopify Developer to join a fast-growing startup in the women’s health space. This is a full-time, fully remote role with flexible hours, perfect for someone who wants to make a real impact while working on technically interesting projects.

You'll work on A/B testing, conversion optimization, and SEO-focused development, helping us continuously improve our Shopify store’s performance and user experience.

What You’ll Do

• Build and optimize Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Translate Figma designs into high-performing, responsive templates.

• Set up and run A/B tests using modern experimentation tools.

• Implement winning variants directly into production.

• Collaborate with a remote team and own CRO-related tasks from start to finish.

• Apply SEO and performance best practices to everything you build.

• Stay current with front-end trends and Shopify improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with Shopify theme development.

• Proficiency in Liquid, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.

• Experience implementing designs from Figma.

• Familiarity with at least one A/B testing tool (e.g., Google Optimize, VWO, Convert, etc.).

• Portfolio of live Shopify stores or published themes.

• Solid understanding of SEO and performance optimization.

• Great communicator who can work independently and take ownership of tasks.

• Comfortable collaborating across time zones (EU hours preferred).
