We are looking for a skilled ETL Developer to join our team, working on a platform that includes data integration, exports, and Big Data. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Business Analysts and business stakeholders to define requirements and create high-level solutions.
• Design, develop, and test ETL processes using Pentaho, ensuring optimal performance within the required time frame.
• Interpret design documents to understand mapping and transformation requirements.
• Create Source to Target (Mapping) Documents and provide production support.
• Contribute to system documentation and process optimizations.
• Communicate effectively with both business and IT teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Mandatory Skills:

• 5 to 6 years of experience in developing ETL processes using ETL tools, preferably Pentaho.
• Proficiency in Oracle databases and strong SQL knowledge.
• Experience with Oracle SQL*Plus, Toad, Oracle PL/SQL Developer.
• Strong understanding of OLTP, OLAP, and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience in Linux or Unix environments, with the ability to develop and modify scripts.
• Expertise in measuring and optimizing ETL process performance.
• Ability to manage and schedule ETL processes effectively.
• Familiarity with organizational tools like MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, and Clarity.

Desired Skills:

• Experience in the Retail Domain.
• Software development experience with Oracle RDBMS 11g.
• Experience with RedHat Enterprise Linux.
