With a vision to reimagine talent management, they’re expanding rapidly and hiring a Senior Software Engineer in Bangalore.
Role details:
- Title / Designation: Senior Software Engineer [.net, Angular]
- Reporting Manager: Technical Lead
- Location: Bangalore
- Work Mode: Work from Office (5 days office)
Role & responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using .Net and Angular
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Assist in creating and reviewing design documents. Ensure technical clarity and alignment with business objectives.
- Write clean, tested code to deliver assigned user stories and perform unit testing to ensure code quality.
- Stay updated with the latest tools and trends and conduct small experiments or Proof of Concepts to evaluate new ideas or technologies.
- Join regular meetings like user story grooming and sprint planning and break down tasks and prioritize work.
- Mentor junior developers by providing technical guidance, code reviews, and fostering.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Candidate requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end software development using .Net (C#, ASP.Net Core) and Angular Framework, with a strong grasp of full stack development.
- Must have experience in DevOps practices.
- Proficient in anyone of the cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP) and building or maintaining SaaS-based applications.
- Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles and the ability to apply them in software architecture.
- Familiarity with Human Capital Management (HCM) products is an added advantage.
