Hiring for Senior Software Engineer (Frontend)

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Frontend) to help build intuitive, high-performance user experiences across customer-facing products. You’ll work closely with product, design, and backend teams to create scalable frontend systems that power dashboards, onboarding flows, AI-driven interfaces, and web experiences used by real customers at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Build and ship modern product UI including customer dashboards, onboarding flows, monitoring systems, and responsive web experiences
• Own complex frontend features end-to-end — including data fetching, state management, error handling, loading states, and production readiness
• Improve frontend performance, reliability, and observability across applications
• Collaborate closely with product designers on interactions and layouts, and partner with backend engineers on scalable API integrations
• Develop and maintain frontend applications using React, Next.js, and modern web technologies
• Contribute to reusable UI components, frontend architecture, and engineering best practices
• Debug and resolve production issues across browsers, devices, and environments
• Write clear technical documentation, frontend guidelines, and release processes
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers where needed

What We’re Looking For

Frontend Engineering Expertise

• 3+ years of experience building production-grade frontend applications
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Experience building scalable and responsive UI systems used by external customers
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and API integrations
• Familiarity with frontend performance optimization, caching, and observability tools

Product & Ownership Mindset

• Ability to independently own features from concept to deployment
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to customer impact and usability
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams including design, backend, and product
• Preference for iterative development, small reviewable PRs, and measurable rollouts

AI & Modern Development Practices

• Exposure to AI-powered products, LLM integrations, or AI-assisted workflows is preferred
• Familiarity with AI-assisted developer tools and modern engineering workflows
• Understanding of frontend UX considerations for AI-driven applications is a plus

Engineering Excellence

• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across the frontend stack
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preview deployments, and frontend release management
• Passion for writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code
• High ownership, bias for action, and ability to move fast without over-engineering

Communication & Collaboration

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to document technical decisions and explain complex concepts clearly
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Astro or modern content-focused frontend frameworks
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Sentry
• Familiarity with cloud deployment platforms and frontend hosting environments
• Startup or high-growth product company experience is a plus
