Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- At least 10 years of experience in software project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies, with relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated expertise in managing software development lifecycles (SDLC) and large-scale software implementations.
- Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
- Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus.
