Role & responsibilities:

• Support front-end Sales, Bid Management and Account teams with proactive pitches as well as with Proposals / RFX responses, highlighting prospect / client potential and articulating company’s differentiated strategic and operational value proposition in Oracle EBS SCM solutions
• Solution for and design customer specific solutions using Oracle EBS, in various modules including:

• Order Management
• Inventory
• BOM
• WMS
• Shipping

• Agree with the client and baseline the EBS operational solution, including any necessary customisation, balancing client requirements and project budget
• Travel, as required, for short and long-term assignments for requirements workshops, solutions meetings, implementation, reviews, etc.

Candidate requirements:

• 15+ years of solutioning experience in Oracle Apps / EBS SCM Applications R12, including in transformation projects
• Extensive whole lifecycle experience in leading Oracle EBS SCM requirements workshops, solutions architecture & design discussions, testing strategy and execution, stakeholder management, user training and production cutover planning execution
• Track record of EBS SCM-driven proactive improvements and value additions to clients, with a good understanding of multiple technologies and integrations with EBS SCM
• Experience in architecting and leading 5 or more EBS SCM solutions for Implementation, Integrations Development, Upgrade, Conversion and Support engagements
• Experience in leading EBS SCM AMS (application support and maintenance), with demonstrable value addition to clients in terms of

• Improved productivity metrics
• Increased efficiencies by way of automation
• Creation of knowledge repositories
• Improvement in other SLAs and metrics

• Experience in driving cloud migration roadmaps from EBS to Oracle SaaS
• Deep domain and business process expertise in Order Management, Inventory Management, BOM, WMS and Shipping, in an Oracle EBS context
• Experience in EBS SCM project / program governance, engaging with client stakeholders to report project status, control risks, build mitigation plans and suggest improvement
• Ability to mentor, train and guide an onsite EBS SCM functional and technical team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate solutions in business language and to lead multi-stakeholder discussion
