Role details:

• Title: Solutions Architect / Senior Solutions Architect

Role & responsibilities:

• Support front-end Sales, Bid Management and Account teams with proactive pitches as well as with Proposals / RFX responses, highlighting prospect / client potential and articulating company’ s differentiated strategic and operational value proposition in various Oracle SaaS Applications like SCM, HCM, OTM and others

• Solution for and design customer specific solutions using Oracle SaaS, in various modules in various applications

• Agree with the client and baseline the Oracle SaaS operational solution, including any necessary customisation, balancing client requirements and project budget
• Travel, as required, for short and long-term assignments for requirements workshops, solutions meetings, implementation, reviews, etc.

Candidate requirements:

• 15+ years of hands-on solutioning experience in Oracle ERP, including the last 5+ in Oracle SaaS, with at least 3 full-cycle Oracle SaaS implementations  
• Extensive whole lifecycle experience in leading Oracle SaaS requirements workshops, solutions architecture & design discussions, testing strategy and execution, stakeholder management, user training and production cutover planning execution
• Experience in mapping enterprise requirements to multiple applications in the Oracle SaaS suite will be a tremendous advantage
• Track record of Oracle SaaS-driven proactive improvements and value additions to clients, with a good understanding of multiple technologies and integrations with products in the suite
• Experience in driving application and data migration roadmaps from Oracle ERP on-premise to Oracle SaaS
• Expertise and experience in Oracle SaaS migration solutions accelerators will be a huge plus
• Experience in leveraging Oracle PaaS extensions, integration, reports and RPA plugins / integrators
• Ability to mentor, train and guide an Oracle SaaS team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate solutions in business language and to lead multi-stakeholder discussion, including with senior management and client CXOs
