• Provide leadership of Sourcing Analyst team – hiring, training, motivating, and coaching employees.

• Must have previous experience of supplier management and understanding of procurement best practices.

• Build and maintain professional relationship with suppliers as well as internal team members to ensure successful execution of sourcing activities.

• Provide on the ground support for supplier management activities with regular visits to understand Supplier capacity and capability status and to identify cost savings opportunities.

• Lead new supplier prospecting initiatives by finding, vetting, quoting, and onboarding new sources.

• Manage onboarding process for new vendor relationships ensuring that the accurate assessments, audits, documentation, and contracts are in place.

• Responsible for leading, monitoring, managing, and reporting project progress, ensuring that vendor deliverables are received on time and as needed to achieve project success.

• Will be able to lead negotiatations as necessary and provide cost and quotation analysis when required.

• Will provide on the ground support for vendor management activities post product launch in identifying potential supply chain disruption situations and ensuring timely execution of vendor corrective actions.

• All other duties the supervisor/company might assign.

Essential skills:

• Experience working in a Supply Chain, Sourcing, or Supplier Management related role required.

• Previous experience with functional plumbing and decorative products preferred

• Demonstrated success in team leadership, driving for results, effective performance management and coaching/mentoring.

• Previous experience with decorative and/or functional plumbing products preferred.

• Prior manufacturing experience (e.g., final assembly, electronics, casting, forging, stamping, machining, plastic injection molding, elastomers, finishing) is desired.

• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and timelines with competing deadlines.

• Competency with various computer software applications, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).

• Expect moderate travel - approximately 50% to outlying production facilities and suppliers. Occasional International travel may be required.

• The position will require working without close supervision, managing, and prioritizing multiple projects and leading activities to define and implement quality with team input as needed.

• Must have excellent English speaking and written skills.
