We are looking for an experienced Sr. Manager – Sourcing with strong expertise in the knitwear segment to join our team in Mumbai. The role requires someone who can lead end-to-end sourcing, build robust vendor networks, and drive efficiency in procurement while ensuring top-notch quality standards.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for knitwear categories
• Identify and evaluate suppliers, conduct market research, and track industry trends
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing for maximum value
• Build and manage strong supplier relationships ensuring continuity of supply
• Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement plans
• Drive cost optimization and efficiency in procurement processes
• Travel to explore fabrics, vendor facilities, and production parameters
• Solve challenges in product development, quality, and production

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/certifications preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in sourcing/procurement, with proven exposure in knitwear sourcing and at least 5–6 years in a managerial role
• Strong supplier management, negotiation, and contract management skills
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
