An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced mortgage professional to join a highly respected, directly authorised, whole-of-market brokerage.

Known for its supportive culture and strong leadership, the business is continuing to grow and is looking to appoint a Senior Specialist Broker.

The Opportunity
This is a key role focused on delivering tailored mortgage solutions across complex cases, including portfolio landlords, limited company structures, HMOs and MUFBs. You will manage cases end-to-end, ensuring a seamless and high-quality client experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide expert, compliant mortgage advice within specialist lending
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
• Navigate complex underwriting criteria with confidence
• Work closely with compliance and internal teams to ensure smooth case progression

Requirements
• CeMAP qualified with a minimum of three years’ experience
• Proven background in specialist lending and complex buy-to-let cases
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
