Job Responsibility:

• Direct the development and review of the education sector’s strategy (long term and short term), company’s corporate strategy, and sectors’ strategies and plans in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders on local and federal levels.
• Oversee and approve the development of the prioritization criteria and lead the prioritization of education sector initiatives for the organization and other relevant stakeholders.
• Manage the development of the prioritization criteria and lead the prioritization of company’s corporate and sectors initiatives.
• Ensure the alignment of strategic objectives with government goals /objectives / directions.
• Propose, develop and implement a framework for creating an ecosystem for strategic accelerators that are aligned to the future plans of the government as well as global trends.
• Monitor the efficiency analysis of the education sector and prepare recommendations to drive optimization and efficiency across the education sector.

Requirement:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputed university

Currently handling a critical role in Strategy & planning with either Education, Hospitality, Entertainment or Group investment company.

UAE national, with a family book is a must.
