Responsibilities:

• You’ll be responsible for end-to-end recruiting for Egypt
• You’ll partner and consult with the business to understand business needs and develop a strategy
• You’ll work in understanding the local labour market and talent supply as well as local compensation trends
• You’ll educate Hiring Managers on the hiring progress and competitive landscape utilizing internal and external metrics and data. You will do this by delivering behavioural-based interview training to client groups across the business.
• You’ll partner with the Talent Acquisition and HRBP leads to identify and deploy Employee Branding, Social Media strategies, Diversity Initiatives, etc.
• You’ll drive consistency in the hiring process and ensure a best in class hiring manager and candidate experience
• You’ll contribute to process improvement initiatives and will drive efficient process adherence.
