What you’ll do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles
• Conduct Competency-Based Interviews (CBIs) to assess candidates at depth
• Deliver high-quality shortlists and client-facing insights
• Mentor and support junior consultants when needed
• Contribute to building long-term

What we’re looking for

• 3–5 years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience
• Strong track record of successful placements
• Skilled in interviewing, candidate assessment, and client handling
• Ownership-driven, outcome-focused, and resilient
• Eager to grow in a role that blends delivery and strategy
